OUR COLLECTIONS >

The early items in the collection were donated by Harold Poulter, the first Curator and grandson of local architects, The Poulter Brothers. For nearly 100 years the collection has been added to and includes items from prehistoric times through to modern day - agricultural, costume, paintings, photographs, domestic and industrial items - up to 40,000 objects.

HERITAGE GALLERY >

Surrey Heath Museum created a unique community partnership when we joined with the Heritage Gallery in June 2018, a long supporter of our work. The Museum is on the ground floor of 33 Obelisk Way and the Heritage Gallery on the first floor. They hold talks on a variety of subjects every Thursday lunchtime and a space for local historians, craft and artist displays plus second hand book shop.
